Who we are

FayLux Media (Chamber of Commerce no. 86403109), based in Enschede, values your privacy. In this statement we explain which personal data we process, why, and how we handle it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

• Contact details you provide yourself via the contact form or email: name, email address, phone number and company name.
• Data needed to carry out an assignment and for invoicing.
• Technical data via our website (such as IP address and browsing behaviour) through cookies and analytics.

Why and on what legal basis

• To get in touch and issue quotes (at your request / pre-contractual).
• To carry out assignments and invoice them (performance of the agreement).
• To comply with legal, administrative and tax obligations.
• To improve our website (legitimate interest or consent).

Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Administrative and invoice data are kept for 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation). Contact details of prospects are deleted when they are no longer relevant.

Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with parties that help us deliver our services (such as hosting, email, accounting and AI and production tools), or when this is legally required. Where necessary we conclude data processing agreements with these processors. We never sell your data.

Social media connections (TikTok)

Our own social media accounts, including TikTok, are connected to our internal dashboard through the official TikTok API. We use this connection solely to read statistics about our own account and our own videos, and to publish our own content. We do not collect, process or store personal data of other TikTok users through this connection.

Cookies

Our website may use functional and analytical cookies. You can manage or delete cookies via your browser settings.

Statistics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for visitor statistics. The measurement scripts and cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner; if you decline, nothing is measured. Data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Google may process data on servers in the United States; this transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which Google is certified.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@fayluxmedia.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Wie ben ik

FayLux Media (KvK 86403109), gevestigd te Enschede, hecht waarde aan je privacy. In deze verklaring leg ik uit welke persoonsgegevens ik verwerk, waarom en hoe ik daarmee omga, conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

Welke gegevens ik verwerk

• Contactgegevens die je zelf verstrekt via het contactformulier of e-mail: naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en bedrijfsnaam.
• Gegevens die nodig zijn voor het uitvoeren van een opdracht en voor facturatie.
• Technische gegevens via mijn website (zoals IP-adres en surfgedrag) via cookies en analytics.

Waarom en op welke grondslag

• Om contact op te nemen en offertes uit te brengen (op jouw verzoek / precontractueel).
• Om opdrachten uit te voeren en te factureren (uitvoering van de overeenkomst).
• Om te voldoen aan wettelijke, administratieve en fiscale verplichtingen.
• Om mijn website te verbeteren (gerechtvaardigd belang of toestemming).

Bewaartermijnen

Ik bewaar je gegevens niet langer dan nodig. Administratie- en factuurgegevens bewaar ik 7 jaar (wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht). Contactgegevens van prospects verwijder ik wanneer deze niet meer relevant zijn.

Delen met derden

Ik deel je gegevens alleen met partijen die ons helpen mijn diensten te leveren (zoals hosting, e-mail, boekhouding en AI- en productietools), of wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is. Waar nodig maak ik met deze verwerkers verwerkersafspraken. Ik verkoop je gegevens nooit.

Socialmedia-koppelingen (TikTok)

Mijn eigen socialmedia-accounts, waaronder TikTok, zijn via de officiële TikTok-API gekoppeld aan mijn interne dashboard. Ik gebruik die koppeling alleen om statistieken van mijn eigen account en mijn eigen video's uit te lezen en om eigen content te publiceren. Ik verzamel, verwerk of bewaar via deze koppeling geen persoonsgegevens van andere TikTok-gebruikers.

Cookies

Mijn website kan functionele, analytische en marketingcookies gebruiken. Je kunt cookies beheren of verwijderen via je browserinstellingen. Welke cookies ik precies gebruik, waarom en hoe lang, lees je in mijn cookiebeleid.

Statistieken (Google Analytics 4)

Voor bezoekersstatistieken gebruik ik Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). De meetscripts en bijbehorende cookies (_ga, _ga_*) worden pas geladen nadat je via de cookiebanner toestemming hebt gegeven; weiger je, dan wordt er niets gemeten. De meetgegevens worden maximaal 14 maanden bewaard. Google kan gegevens verwerken op servers in de Verenigde Staten; die doorgifte valt onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework, waarvoor Google is gecertificeerd.

Beveiliging

Ik neem passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen tegen verlies en onbevoegde toegang.

Jouw rechten

Je hebt het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking en bezwaar, en op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Neem hiervoor contact op via contact@fayluxmedia.com. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
